Reaching More Families With FCT

We are glad more families are being reached with FCT!

Pierce County joined us in December, serving clients in Pierce County, WI. Their mission is to help families remain together. By assisting them in the development of skills in problem solving, communication, relationship building, trust building, and intimacy, they seek to ensure a safe, nurturing environment for all family members.

Arrow Child & Family Ministries joined us in January, serving clients throughout the state of Maryland. Arrow serves children, who have experienced abuse, trauma, or instability, through foster care by recruiting and training foster families, and through community-based services by improving the health and stability of families within their own home.

Washington County joined us in March, serving clients in Washington County, WI. The services of the Children and Families division support and enhance safe, responsible family functioning and the protection of children and our community. They help families to identify unsafe/risky behaviors and overcome struggles that limit ability to properly care for their children, including those challenged by disabilities. They provide trauma-informed and strength-based services in order to empower families to make positive changes while striving to keep individuals in the community safe.

St. Francis Ministries Texas is launching on August 1, serving clients in Northern Texas. St. Francis uses skill-building work to help keep families strong and together. Keeping families healthy and strong benefits everyone – from the child in the home to the community at large. They work to effect positive, lasting change with troubled, at-risk families. Their programs help strengthen parenting skills, improve coping skills, and develop structure when it’s missing. They serve people who have experienced trauma, pregnant women who abuse substances, families struggling with myriad stressors and more.
